We opened a cafe/restaurant one and a half year ago. We made the constellation and it showed us how we can find equilibrium between the old and nervous customers and the roles or positions me and my partners should play to make it happen.
When we did the constellation I was studying the Strategic Master at POLIDESIGN in another country (Italy). The constellation not only reflected the increase in prices but, more inspiring, how I felt while being away at that moment and how I could join the team when I returned back to my country (Colombia). Now we made the changes and took into account what was evident in the constellation.
