mycelial supervision

Mycelium Supervision Lab – A Living Field for Coaches and Leaders

The Mycelium Supervision Lab is an immersive and reflective space designed for coaches, team coaches, facilitators and leaders who wish to deepen their practice through a systemic, embodied and highly relational approach to supervision.

Inspired by the unseen intelligence of mycelial networks, this lab explores the ways in which supervision becomes a living ecosystem: a space where connections, insights and inner resources emerge organically, often from layers of awareness that lie below the surface.

Why Mycelium?

Mycelium acts as nature’s hidden architecture — a network that supports communication, nourishment, resilience and transformation.
In supervision, the same principles apply: the supervisor and the practitioner co-create a field where learning flows, blind spots become visible, and new professional pathways can emerge.

What You Will Experience

Participants engage in a blend of:

  • Systemic reflection

  • Use-of-Self exploration

  • Field-based awareness practices

  • Constellations-inspired exercises

  • Ethical and professional alignment (EMCC Competence Framework)

Each session invites you to slow down, observe the relational field, and reconnect with the deeper layers of your work — much like mycelium working quietly yet powerfully beneath the forest floor.

Supervision Aims

  • Strengthen professional presence and awareness

  • Cultivate ethical sensitivity, integrity and reflective judgment

  • Explore patterns, dynamics and entanglements arising in client work

  • Enhance systemic thinking through the metaphor of living networks

  • Support the development of authentic, grounded and resilient practice

A Unique, Living Approach

This lab honours the idea that supervision is not merely a technical exercise, but a living encounter — a co-creative space that mirrors the complexity, beauty and interdependence of natural systems.
Through mycelial supervision, participants reconnect with:

  • Belonging and boundaries

  • Order, flow and responsibility

  • Inner clarity and professional maturity

Who Is It For

  • Individual coaches

  • Team coaches

  • Supervisors in training

  • Consultants and facilitators working systemically

  • Leaders seeking reflective and embodied learning

Whether you are preparing for EMCC accreditation or seeking a deeper professional evolution, this lab offers a transformative environment where practice, presence and purpose can expand.

A Space to Grow the Invisible Roots of Your Practice

The Mycelium Supervision Lab offers a rare opportunity to explore what is usually unseen — the roots of your professional identity, the hidden stories that shape your interventions, and the subtle dynamics that influence your clients and systems.

Join us to cultivate a supervision practice that is alive, grounded and interconnected.
